Johnsons Hotel Linen is one of the UK's leading linen hire suppliers to the hotel and leisure industry, servicing high quality Hotels across the UK.  Our site at Cardiff has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join the senior management team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the ideal candidate will have a proven laundry industry track record having at least five years previous experience of management facilities.  Ideally having excellent experience of managing people and co-ordinating a range of issues in a busy operational environment. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a motivating management style, be able to make tough decisions, be a natural when it comes to solving problems and be ambitious with a real can-do attitude.  A knowledge of all Health & Safety legislation is also preferable, ideally IOSH qualified.

The post will be directly responsible for the management and direction of the entire plant in conjunction with the existing management team. An in-depth knowledge of production, engineering and customer service functions is desirable.
